not-for-profit environmentally aware business founded on the belief that everybody deserves to have equal opportunity. We enrich the lives of people with disabilities by providing meaningful employment and personal development opportunities through operating a successful and environmentally aware business.

Our team members are determined to provide high-quality, timely service and be fair and honest in everything we do.  Listening to others’ ideas, offering a helping hand, and constantly looking for ways to improve are how we promise to provide the best possible service.

As an environmentally aware business in a large agricultural area who strive for innovation, we have developed a way to recycle farm plastics into a plastic resin product that can exported.
